Mark, the owner, was a referral from a friend. Not a previous customer, but a personal friend of mine. One I wanted to keep. This site HAD to turn out good. With that in mind Mark and I set down to put together a brochure/ecommerce site that would enable him to take his startup business from a word-of-mouth, local market to the entire US.
