First, and most important, you will need to have some idea what you want your website to look like. You will provide much of this information on our Project Questionnaire.
Second, you will need a domain name – the website address.
Third, and probably the biggest job, is the content. This is all the “stuff” you want on the website – the words, the pictures, the videos. We can build you a wonderful house for your website. It will have a strong foundation, a sturdy frame, be easily updated, but without the furnishings, well, it just won’t feel like your home.
That’s an excellent question, but in all fairness, one that is really difficult to answer without more details.
A completed Project Questionnaire will enable us to provide you with a firm project price. The questionnaire asks about your preferences, what you like, and don’t like about websites, the features you want, your budget and time-frame.

Simply put, template sites start at $1500. Custom sites start at $3000.
Once we sign an agreement, start to finish is generally 6 – 8 weeks. If all the content is ready to go, it can be much shorter. Refer to our Development Process for more details.

A ‘tweak’ is any small change to your existing website. Usually it can be accomplished in a very short period of time to make a slight modification. Here are some examples of tweaks, aka ‘tiny tasks’.
Yes, if it is a WordPress site. If it’s not a WordPress site, we will be happy to provide a quote to convert it to WordPress AND add your store AND teach you how to manage and use your store.
Yes, we work with a couple of awesome graphic designers as part of our small but mighty team. Any one of them are able to create a fabulous logo that is complemented by the website we design along with it.

We do not offer direct telephone support. In our experience, the written record created by a ticketing system solves problems efficiently and effectively, and archives those solutions for future reference. Our Help Desk runs on FreshDesk and offers considerable flexibility. During the development period, we may schedule 1 or 2 online meetings to review progress. We are happy to schedule a short call to review any issues though.
