And should your website go down due to some type of attack on your host, or a piece of bad code, daily database and weekly full file off-site backups offer piece of mind that your hard work is not lost and can be easily restored.

A monthly report is issued the beginning of each month fully documenting all of the tasks completed under your Cap Web WPcare Support plan.

Tiny tasks, tweaks, mods, changes, updates, jobs – whatever you want to call them. It’s just about anything that can be accomplished in 20 – 30 minutes – sometimes a little more than 30 minutes, sometimes a little less than 30 minutes. You get the idea.

• These are things that come up each month that you either don’t know how to do, or don’t want to do, but need done
• We get your stuff done quickly, usually in less than a business day
• Our service area is North America and our business coverage time is 9 am to 6 pm (UTC-5)
• We can reasonably handle one job a week if that’s what you can throw at us

Notes:

We will update your WordPress theme to the latest version on request. We will only update the WordPress core files if all your plugins are compatible with the latest version of WordPress. If after performing any update, your website is not working as it should, we will restore your website to how it was before the update and advise you.

Offsite backups are stored on Backblaze B2 servers. We will maintain 10 daily backups. We will email backups to you if requested. Our backup limit is 1 GB/site, which is a fairly large site. If more is needed, we can discuss options for more storage.
